AbilityCRM is a decent CRM software, but it has some room for improvement. The UI is simple and clean, making it easy to navigate. However, I found the customization options to be limited. It would be great to have more flexibility to tailor the software to our unique business needs. The customer support team is helpful, but response times could be quicker. Overall, AbilityCRM gets the job done, but there are better options available.
