I am stunned by how horrible this company is. I wish I didn t have to deal with them. So many bad reviews online. Alio Health lied to me and told me that forms were submitted to my insurance company several days before they were actually even sent in. My insurance company offered to expedite the process so there would be no delay or interruption in my Xolair injections if they received proof from Alio that the forms were actually sent in when Alio says they were submitted. Alio Health (Heather Bennett) refused to help with that stating that it was counterproductive . She told me I should pay $1,400.00 for my medication if I wanted it. Alio did not even send the forms into my insurance company until after my insurance company had given the approval My insurance company ended up expediting the process because I sent in the forms to them myself that I had my doctor send me. I have left 5 messages this week for someone at Alio to call me back so that I never have to go through this again, however, they don t return phone calls and they will do everything within their power to prevent you from making a complaint. Alio Health also refuses to provide me with the name of their governing body so I could make a formal complaint. The best way to deal with a company like this is to make the complaint public, which is what I will be doing.
