I have had the pleasure of working for MFA for almost 4 years now. I have been so pleased with not only the care and concern provided to me as an employee but the interest that I see the corporate team take in the lives of all of our employees, patients, and residents. It is a special thing to work for a company that not only clearly defines their goals and aspirations but actively seeks out new and better ideas to exceed those goals.
