Went with my family to see Niagara falls and we had our room "upgraded". Once we began to wind down for the evening and unfolded the folding couch bed we discovered a large urine stain on the sheets and mattress. Clearly the urine has been left there with no effort to clean it. I called the front desk and asked for new sheets or assistance and they told me all they could do was provide a new room and did not have clean sheets. Gross. Don't waste your money.
