I have been a customer of Pinnacle for several years now and I must say, their service is average. Although they do get the job done, I feel like there's room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support team is helpful and responsive. However, I have encountered some technical glitches which were quite frustrating.
