I have had great care from the Dayton VA. I could not ask for more. I do have just one very big problem. The complete inability of the people who man the reception areas and other phones. They just do not care to pick up a phone when it is ringing. I tried for a week to get someone to answer the phone in surgical services. The phone rings and never goes to an answering machine to leave a message. I have let it ring up to 50 times or more. This is not acceptable from anyone let alone the care team at the VA. Therefore only 4 stars.
