I have been a customer of Student Medicover Co. for the past two years and I must say, their service is average. While they do provide basic medical coverage, their customer support is lacking. The representatives are not always helpful and it takes a long time to get a response. However, their website, smcovered.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, I would rate them as average.
