I recently ordered a cake from this online bakery and overall, my experience was just average. While the website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of cake options, the actual cake itself did not quite meet my expectations. The flavor was decent, but the texture was a bit too dry for my liking. Additionally, the decoration on the cake was not as well-executed as I had hoped. It looked rushed and lacked attention to detail. I also found the price to be on the higher side considering the quality of the cake. On a positive note, the delivery was prompt and the customer service was friendly. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the taste and presentation of their cakes.
