I had a mixed experience with Performance Audio. While their website is easy to navigate and their product range is extensive, the customer service could use some improvement. It took a while to get a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the representative wasn't very helpful. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a chance and placed an order. The delivery was prompt, and the product quality was good. Overall, an average experience.
