I recently purchased a new home from Alfa homes and overall, my experience was average. 🏡 The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their properties. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. 📞 It took quite some time for them to respond to my inquiries and the staff seemed unenthusiastic in assisting me. 😔 Additionally, the delivery of my home was delayed, which was quite disappointing. ⏰ On the positive side, the quality of the house itself was decent and the price was competitive. 💰 The construction seemed sturdy and the design was appealing. 🏗️ Overall, while I am satisfied with the final product, the lacking customer service and delayed delivery prevent me from giving a higher rating. 🤷‍♀️
