I have been using the services of Prefeitura municipal de pinhais for a few months now, and I must say, they have been average at best. While their website is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information, the level of customer service could definitely be improved. There have been multiple instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries, and the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable either. Overall, my experience has been satisfactory but not exceptional.
