My experience with Pekin Insurance has been a mixed bag. While their rates are reasonable, their customer service is lacking. I've had to wait on hold for extended periods of time without a resolution to my issue. This has been frustrating, to say the least. Nonetheless, I appreciate their coverage options and claim process.
