I recently enrolled in a program at this university and overall, my experience was decent. The website was easy to navigate and provided a lot of helpful information. However, I did encounter a few hiccups during the application process, which was a bit frustrating. The response time from the customer support team was average, as it took them a few days to get back to me with my inquiries. The courses provided were informative and well-structured, but I was hoping for more interactive elements and engaging discussions. On a positive note, the faculty members were knowledgeable and always willing to assist. Although there is room for improvement, I would still recommend this university to others looking for affordable online education options. 👍🏼
