I recently had the opportunity to work with a realty group, and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided a decent amount of information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did receive a response, it felt rushed and lacked personalization. Additionally, the communication throughout the process was not as clear as I would have liked. On the positive side, the agents that I did interact with were professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions to a satisfactory level. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. While they did provide some helpful services, the lack of efficient communication and personalized customer service left something to be desired.
