I've been attending hot yoga classes at this studio for a few months now, and it has been a game-changer for my overall well-being. The practices are challenging but rewarding, and the instructors provide guidance and modifications for all levels. The studio is clean, spacious, and has a calming ambiance. Highly recommended!
