As a customer, I found the online banking experience to be convenient and user-friendly. The website layout is well-organized and makes it easy to access account information and conduct transactions. However, I was disappointed with the lack of proactive communication from the customer service team. Inquiries took longer to be addressed than expected, and the level of responsiveness was not as prompt as I had hoped for. Additionally, I noticed that the mobile app could use some improvements in terms of speed and functionality. While the overall banking experience met my basic needs, there is certainly room for enhancement in customer support and mobile app performance.
