I search through internet and what a big dismay that after we paid and found out that aircon was bad we want to transfer to another room and they want us to pay another 300 pesos for transfer fee .tv set located on top having headache to watch and remote not working. pool and slides shown on internet was totally not functioning. we tried to talk to their employees but they not give us good answer.we left early and had bad day
