Here is what you need to know going in:

1. The elevators are super fast which is nice if you hate waiting in them, but can give you a headache.
2. The rooms are compact, but efficient, and its definitely wack to see a bunkbed depending on what you expect.
3. There is a robot that stores your suitcase, but it is easier to just store them in your room like normal.
4. There is a really good coffee house just a block down, Romeo and Juliet, if you aren't looking to spend 14 dollars on breakfast within the hotel.
5. My room had the luxury of a door to the bathroom, but it had no lock, and it has loose hinges resulting in a perpetually open door. So be sure to room with people you trust and prop door with rolling chair or bag.
6. Customer service was very useful and friendly.
7. Fair warning though, this is a super hipster boujee type of hotel room, so don't expect to be treated like a King/Queen.
8. Bunked mattresses are firm, and Queen/King mattresses are some sort of memory foam.
9. Temperature of the room is very easy to control, and they have a really cool rack that leaves your towels ultra toasty.

Aside from what was said above, this was a decent place, highly recommended for 1-2 day stays.
