Just had the privilege of buying a certified used 2013 Ram 1500 pickup at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. My salesman John Raila dig a great job explaining the vehicle to me and landing me a fair deal as a veteran on veterans day. Tony Zorn is a finance wiz! The entire purchasing process couldn't have been smoother. John also followed up with me after my purchase. He found a second key for the vehicle which the dealership had and made sure I received it. I normally dread buying new vehicles, but John and the whole dealership made it an exciting event. I could not be more pleased with my purchase, John, Tony, and the entire dealership!
