Called and had the unfortunate experience to speak with a woman named Emily. For someone in a position that mandates professionalism she sadly lacks the behavior necessary. For someone that is the frontline of this company, you NEVER get a second chance to make a FIRST impression. My impression of Pioneer Log Homes from the get go is negative and only sets the stage of what's to come if I choose to give them my business. Think I'll keep looking.
