I had a mixed experience with the Mineral Resources Authority of PNG (MRA). While some aspects were great, overall it was average. There were a few issues with communication and response times. However, the team was knowledgeable and helpful when they did respond. The website is user-friendly and contains useful information. In terms of rate, I would say it is average.
