I had a mixed experience with Topcat. While the website was easy to use and the customer service was helpful, the delivery of my order was delayed. Despite this setback, Topcat did their best to resolve the issue and provided me with a discount for my next purchase. Although the delay was frustrating, I appreciate their effort to make things right.
