1 star because behind any good company has great staff to back it and YA does not. They will not respond to your emails. They will not call you back when they say they will. I ve been trying to reach them about questionable utility amounts for over a week now. And while most realtors did nice things for residents during COVID... YA said screw you guys and continued to charge us absurd amounts for utilities while most were not even residing with them for the last half of the semester, which then put most of us in the tank and owing them money at the end of the year. So much for jobless college students and financial need. This company has so much money, but they ll never have the heart to do what s right for their residents. Even if that means an email or call back. I ve had issue after issue with them and you can t count on anyone. Very disappointed
