Coffee machine in our room dirty and broken, only one dressing gown, told them didn't want to be charged for the other one. Sons phone in his room not working, not repaired until tomorrow, so can't contact each other, and rooms not near each other. Also very strange but a friend rang the hotel asked to be put through to our room and they don't do this. The phones in the rooms do not allow outside calls you have to go to the front hall to use a phone there. No privacy!
