I have been a customer of Root and Prosper Ltd for several years now and I must say, their services have always been average. Nothing too impressive, but also nothing too disappointing. The company website is easy to navigate and their customer support is decent. However, I do think that they can improve on their product offerings and add more variety. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
