We are a multi-million dollar international sporting goods company and initiated a serious purchase inquiry with Kanes. The sales person did not follow up as promised. When we contacted them again, we feel they were disrespectful and sent us inappropriate emails. As a result, we found another vendor and plan to order 100 units.
