I have ordered the Ascalons and I am really happy with the quality of my new extensions. It took longer to deliver then it was originally predicted, but I got an upgrade to the titanium ascalons for free! Regarding communication, response was fast and questions were asked always friendly and competent! I ilve in the EU and Aercoach also refunded the VAT as promised on the website. So, allover I can really recommend Aerocoach!
