The experience I had with Briggs was a mixed bag. On one hand, the selection of memorabilia is impressive and the quality of the items is great. On the other hand, I found the website navigation to be a bit confusing and the checkout process took longer than expected. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but there is room for improvement.
