I had an issue with my air conditioning unit and decided to call a local technician. The service provided was good and the problem was quickly resolved. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However, I feel that the overall experience could have been better if the technicians were more thorough in explaining the issue and providing preventive maintenance tips. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with the service and would consider using them again.
