Today was the last time we will ever step foot into the establishment. My boyfriend required a new string on his bow the old one was simply worn out, we brought the bow into the shop and we're told about 4 weeks which I find ridiculous to being with but ok fine. After 7 WEEKS and countless calls with no answers the bow finally arrived we picked up the bow yesterday which was Friday and after 2 shots the string came dislodged and injured his hand while he was trying to shoot, thank god no one always standing anywhere near by because the arrow went completely haywire. Needless to say we went back into the shop today saturday and explained what happend and that also we found it very unprofessional with NO customer serve skills at all. Fellow hunters and fisher please think twice before you shop here!! They had no explanation as to why it took almost 2 months to get the bow back also they were not intrested in helping or even hearing what we had to say.
