We've been working with Clarke Aquatic Services, Inc. for three years now and have seen the company decline in their quality and timeliness every year. This year has been the absolute worst. We sent the check for lake weed control in late April, dated April 27, 2020. Today is July 2, 2020 and it still hasn't been cashed. I've contacted the company via email and the response on May 26th was that due to COVID-19 things were slow at corporate. Since then, I have left a message for the employee that directly works with me, no response. I've left a message at corporate on June 12, 2020, no response. The contract that was signed by both myself and the company states that the first application will be completed in late May or early June, again, today is July 2, 2020 and there hasn't been an application or even a notice of an upcoming application. A second treatment is supposed to be completed in mid-late July or when plants have reached desired height and density. Our weeds in the lake are already at the surface. On June 24, 2020 I received an email from the Vice President about my BBB review and was told the General Manager would contact me within 24 hours. That never happened. Clarke Aquatic Services, Inc. are not returning calls to customers, and are not abiding by their contractual agreements.
