BlueDot was really good five years ago when I first bought my home, but lately their services have been OK at best. I have a problem when a vendor doesn't communicate with customers to let them know what's going on. Customers shouldn't have to reach out to BlueDot. BlueDot should reach out to the customers. The technician was running very late. I didn't get a phone call. I had to call BlueDot and find out after waiting 4 hours! The technician before him, never followed up on a part that our HVAC needed. Turns out I didn't need a new part, really? No one called to say that either. Like I said, they were really good some years ago, but I am surprised by their service as of lately. Everyone seems to pass the buck on the next person.
