Purchased a couch from here. Although the actual product is great and I'm very happy with it, the service needs severe work. The minute you walk into the store, the sales staff jumps on you and follows you around the store even when you tell them you don't need help.

Then, once you place your order, if you want it delivered (like I did), it is a complete nightmare. They use an outside company for deliveries and they certainly don't communicate with them. L Fish didn't know when my couch would be delivered and told me to call the outside delivery company. I called three times in two days and the first two calls went to voicemail and the third call was completely ignored. Then they called back to tell me that they would call in a few days to tell me the delivery date and time. They did not call within the timeframe they gave me. Then, on delivery day, they gave me a four-hour window, 2-6pm, and actually delivered it at 9pm. At 5:45pm, I called L Fish about it and they had to get in contact with the delivery drivers (clearly they weren't communicating with them to begin with). Then, the delivery driver called and said they scheduled each delivery 45 minutes apart, they were two stops away, and currently in Greenwood (I live in Bloomington). So finally, at 9pm, they arrived. I didn't appreciate their tardiness, their unwillingness to communicate with me, and their attitudes toward the whole situation.
