Awful loan servicing company!! My loan was sold to them last year and they are the worst. Didnt pay my home owners insurance and it got cancelled and when i called all of a sudden it was my fault. Plan to refinance soon to hopefully escape them but of course the way this industry works i could end up with them again. Shameful!!
