Paid off my Mortgage 9-17-2019, Remaining escrow was about $1900.00 , expected a refund, well it's 12-2-2019 and nothing yet. I emailed Loan Care twice no response. I called today they said they sent my refund 10-8-2019, If they did it didn't come to my house, hence my call. This place is awful do not get a mortgage from this company run far and fast from them. Also when I tried to pay off my mortgage I had to jump through hoops to do it. I'm looking into a civil action against this company to get my money, a customer shouldn't have to do that. So beware you've been warned !!!!!
