The flight with Xy Aviation was satisfactory. The staff was polite and helpful. The plane was clean and the pilot did a decent job. However, there were a few minor inconveniences during the flight, such as a delay in departure and a small issue with the inflight entertainment system. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it could have been better.
