I tried to setup an intake appointment. It took 5 calls, 2 of which I talked with a receptionist to reach the intake person. The intake conversation was fine, however my confirmation email contained an incorrect date and time for my first appointment. I then had to call 4 times in order to connect with the receptionist to cancel my appointment. They recorded my DOB incorrectly, and had no appointment on file for me. When I asked to have all appointments for my name cancelled, the receptionist hung up on me.

Fortunately, there are other places where I can receive the services I require. I cannot attest to the quality of their service providers, but their intake process is a nightmare. I have no desire to seek medical treatment of any kind from such a disorganized facility. I would suggest going elsewhere if you can.
