I had a mixed experience with SoKu. While their website, itssoku.com, is visually appealing and easy to navigate, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my inquiry, and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. However, the quality of the products I purchased was good. Overall, I would rate SoKu as average.
