Poor call center in India and they let a hacker change my account by sending a pin I didn't request then when I checked my bank account 2 fees totaling $87 and my service was discontinued as I pay as I go from my account $38 unlimited for the past 6 years. Then You need another phone to reconnect then the Bombay phone tree were count to send me a text Doh! my phone needs to be but in service to receive it???. Contacted the FCC and BBB and will see. Oh the Indian I told to refund my bank account said I'd have to call the bank? With what?
