Terrible experience. So I take my gf out there on a date. First, I'm overcharged by an employee when I swipe my card. Didn't realize til hours later. Rewind, the same night I'm accused of stealing soda when I purchased 2 waters for me and mine. Embarassed and upset, i get up and leave. Next day I go out again to attend a graduation party and speak to someone about a refund. I'm told i cannot even speak to anyone about getting my money back until days later. Further more in this same trip I'm disrespected by 3 of their employees, as well as having my intelligence insulted multiple times thereafter. Sad, I've spent so much money at this establishment but never again. Customer service is the worst
