My wife went in for service on Monday 10/19/20. Routine oil change. While the service advisor was very nice and helped her, the fist point of contact person on the drive was abrupt and rude. In their defense, it was a Monday morning and they were very busy. Just seemed very out of character from previous service appointments we have experienced.
