As a CUSTOMER, I have to say my experience with Jenko ltd has been average. The website is user-friendly and the ordering process is simple. However, the customer service was slow in responding to my queries. It took them a while to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. The delivery of my order was prompt, but one of the products was damaged. Overall, Jenko ltd is an okay company, but there is room for improvement.
