Shipra Travel - India offers an average service. I booked my trip through their website shipratravel.com, and while the prices were reasonable and the booking process was easy, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my queries and not very helpful overall. The trip itself was fine, but I expected better service.
