CUSTOMER here. I have mixed feelings about Rd. On one hand, the website retaildimension.co.nz has a good layout and browsing experience. On the other hand, the customer service was not up to par. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my query. The products I purchased were of decent quality, but there is room for improvement.
