I've had a few issues with Wex Photographic in the past. The website is easy to use and the prices are competitive, but the customer service could be better. There were a couple of instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my problem. However, when things go smoothly, I'm satisfied with the company. So, I would rate them as average.
