This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. I've never had a hotel tell me that the bed size reserved was a "preference". What?? Are you kidding me, is this a joke? The front desk personnel was unsympathetic & almost happily told us that somehow Central reservation must have changed our bed from a king to a double. Breakfast isn't included & the room is unimpressive. I will never book at a Hilton ever again.
