I've been a member at MVAC for a few months now, and I am thoroughly impressed. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-organized. The staff is always on hand to assist and provide guidance. The classes are challenging and enjoyable. The only drawback is that the locker rooms can sometimes be a bit crowded.
