I recently visited Southside Family Medical Group for a check-up, and I had an average experience. The staff was friendly, but I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. The doctors seemed knowledgeable, but they didn't spend much time with me. The facilities were clean, but they lacked a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied with the care I received.
