I had a really average experience with Cracked Racquets. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the quality of the racquets was not up to par. They felt cheap and flimsy, and I could tell they wouldn't last very long. Overall, I would say Cracked Racquets is just an average company.
