The experience with InboxCupid has been quite disappointing. The platform is filled with fake profiles, and the matching algorithm doesn't work effectively. The website itself is not intuitive and needs improvement. The customer support team is unhelpful and took a long time to respond, failing to resolve my issues satisfactorily. I would not recommend InboxCupid to anyone.
